MHO Team:
4th of July Fireworks Event
The observatory again hosted a spectacular 4th of July Fireworks event (10th annual). Many old friends of the observatory were in attendance as well as some new friends visiting for the first time. Approximately (75) people attended. Cash donations of various kinds amounted to $143.00. Noteworthy attendee's were our benefactor and his family. He was very pleased with the evening's activity. The good news is no one was injured and everyone to my understanding had a terrific time.
THANKS to all the MHO volunteers who supported this activity (preparations) once again. And a special thank you to Reid Beauchamp for taking the responsibility for the program and making sure it went off without a hitch. We at the observatory all know that when Reid makes a comittment you can absolutely depend on it! Thanks Reid!
