MHO Team:

Update: Pontiac SMART Community Center Project

Greetings,

A meeting with Kent Roberts, Exec. Director of the National Civility Center,
and Jim Ross, Director of the McMath-Hulbert Observatory, has been confirmed
for Tuesday, October 21, at 8:00 a.m. at the McMath-Hulbert Observatory.
This meeting has been arranged to identify commonalities of two progressive
community efforts (Pontiac SMART Community Complex and the goals of the
Oakland Community Quality Council), and to discuss how the two groups might
work together toward their goals, with the Civility Center serving a key
role. You are invited to sit in on the initial introductory dialogue and to
be part of a spontaneous, interactive discussion that will follow. If you
are able to attend, please confirm your participation by contacting Sherry
Kuchon by phone at: 248.209.2567 or by email:
sherry.kuchon@oakland.k12.mi.us.

The Observatory is located at 895 N. Lake Angelus Road, Auburn Hills MI
48326. N. Lake Angelus Road can be accessed off Baldwin (at I-75) just
across from the Great Lakes Crossing Outlet Mall. A map is attached below.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Sherry

Best,

Jim
