FYI
If it's clear on Friday or Saturday night, I was planning on having an
observing session with the Meade scope in Tower 2. I would probably get
out to the observatory around 9:30 or so, since it doesn't get dark until
10:30 at least. I was thinking about having a few sessions a month, one
around
First Quarter Moon and one around New Moon. Also, with Mars opposition
approaching we could have a number of sessions in late August and
September. Mars rises pretty late until September. If you're interested
give me a call to check if I'm going out.
