MHO TEAM
I had a casual discussion with Jim Kinsler on Wednesday morning, January 29, 2003 for a couple of hours at the observatory. The nature of our discussions ran the "gamut of issues" relating to our continued efforts on behalf of the observatory. These cordial discussions focused on the feasability of our continuance of same. I beleive it would be prudent at this time to call a meeting of those interested in continuing these initiatives and to share some observatoions and/or assist in the development of a "Summary Document" outlining our past contributions and our concepts for any future endeavors. All of you have made some incredible sacrafices in the past, however, we need to renew our focus at this time. Please let me know what date/time would best serve the majority of our membership ASAP. Sunday morning(s) at 10:00AM would seem to me to be the best time but I will bend to whatever works for the majority. Please respond in a timely fashion.
Additionally, the observatory will undergo an "annual inspection" for insurance purposes the week of February 3rd, 2003. For those of us whom are frequent visitors to the observatory I'm sure you recognize that we are currently unfit for such an activity. I'm asking that anyone whom has ANY time to contribute to "cleaning the observatory" to come and give a helping hand.
